STORYLINE:
After graduation, Ka Yeol-Chan lands his first job at a company. His boss there, Lee Man-Shik, is a rigid “kkondae,” which refers to an old-school type of person. Lee Man-Shik forces his outdated ways of thinking on Ka Yeol-Chan, making his work life miserable. Due to this, Ka Yeol-Chan quits his job and starts working at a ramen company. Through sheer hard work, he develops a chicken noodle recipe that becomes a top product. As a result, he gets promoted to the position of general manager. However, fate takes a turn when Lee Man-Sik, after 30 years in the company, loses hope of being promoted to an executive position before retirement.
